Shipping Delivery Times

Most orders will be shipped within 3 business days of order confirmation. Please allow an additional 2-7 days for delivery depending on your distance from Seattle. We are closed on weekends and all holidays.

During special promotions and new product launches, expect some delays as our small team works to deliver the best service to you.  

International Shipping

International packages with a product total of over $300 ship FREE.

International packages with a product total under $300 ship with a $35 flat rate.

All international packages ship via DHL Global Express.*

We offInternational shipping costs will automatically be calculated based on the weight of your order. The customer is also responsible for any additional local taxes or fees levied upon delivery, by their local jurisdiction, for purchasing items outside their country.

Also, please note that customs fees are not included in the shipping price. International shipping can sometimes incur additional costs, such as, duties, taxes, or tariffs. These charges can vary.  Customers should be prepared to pay these fees at time of delivery.  We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.

On exceedingly rare occasions international shipping to some countries can take 4-8 weeks. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination country’s customs clearance processes.

Tracking Orders

Tracking and order information will be sent via email when your order is ready to be shipped. Shipping confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide to us during the purchase process. Please track your packages as GRESSA is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. If you do not receive your tracking email, please contact

If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact USPS, or your country’s parcel service, prior to contacting us. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.

If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to let you know approximately when the item will be available, or we will suggest an alternative. Please be aware that although we always try to have items in stock, it is not always possible.

Can I change/cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed, we cannot make changes to it. You can request to cancel your order so you can place a new order with the changes you need. Please reach out to support ( with your order number as quick as possible as your order may already be in the packing stage. If your package has already left our facility, we are unable to cancel it.

What if something I ordered arrived damaged?
