You do need an account. That is where your balance and expiration live. Credit is good for 60 days — after that, it is gone and we cannot bring it back. So when it arrives, use it.

If you have found something you love and you go through it regularly, subscribe and we will send it on your schedule — every 30, 60, or 90 days. You save 10% every time, and you still earn Gressa Credit on every shipment.

There is no contract. You can pause it, skip a month, or cancel whenever you want. We are not going to make it hard to leave. We would rather make it easy to stay.

You can call us, email us, or message us and a real person will answer. Someone who works in our studio, who has touched every formula, who can match your shade from a photo or build you a whole routine from scratch.
