Shipping & Delivery

Every order is prepared by hand in our Colorado atelier. Shipping is complimentary on every order within the United States, and worldwide on orders of $150 and up.

Rates

Complimentary domestic shipping is our standard ground service, with no order minimum; expedited options are offered at checkout for an additional charge. International orders travel by DHL Express Worldwide. Order value is the merchandise total after any discounts, before taxes and shipping.

Order Processing

Orders are prepared Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays, and typically leave the atelier within one to two business days. During launches, promotions, and holidays, please allow three to four. Orders placed Saturday or Sunday are prepared the following Monday. Processing time is separate from the delivery estimate shown at checkout.

Good to Know

• Delivery estimates. Delivery windows are provided by the carrier and are estimates rather than guarantees. We are not responsible for delays once a parcel is in the carrier's hands.
• Your address. We ship to the address as entered at checkout. Please review it carefully — parcels returned or reshipped due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to a shipping charge.
• Duties and taxes. International parcels may be assessed customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees on arrival. These are set by your country and are the responsibility of the recipient. A parcel refused at customs is refunded less shipping and any charges incurred.
• Customs clearance. International transit times do not include time held in customs, which is outside our control.
• Where we ship. We ship to most countries worldwide. We are currently unable to deliver to Spain or Mexico.
