The
Concierge
Personalized rituals, offered with our compliments.Twenty minutes devoted entirely to you.
Careful Listening.
Thoughtful Preparation.
Our consultations are a continuation of the apothecary tradition — the careful listening, the thoughtful preparation, the handwritten notes meant only for you. Through a guided conversation, we learn the temperament of your skin, your complexion goals, and the rituals that sustain you.
From this, we compose your personal Beauty Planner — a keepsake ledger that records not only product recommendations, but the gestures, ingredients, and seasonal considerations that make your ritual truly yours.
Beauty Takes Time™. Allow us to write yours into being.
Your Personal
Keepsake Ledger
Every Gressa consultation concludes with your Beauty Planner — a considered, personal document prepared specifically for you. It is not a printed brochure or a generic routine card. It is a record of your skin, your goals, and the specific formulas and gestures recommended for you by someone who has studied the work for years.
It is designed to be kept, referenced, and revised with time — because a ritual that is genuinely yours does not stay static.
- Curated formula recommendations for your skin type and concerns
- Seasonal adjustments and layering guidance
- Application gestures and ritual sequencing
- Ingredient notes relevant to your skin's specific needs
- A personal note from your consultant

fragrance-cautious
transition
What struck me most in our conversation was the pattern you described — skin that performs well in winter but feels unpredictable once temperatures begin shifting. This is a barrier question, not a product question. Your skin is not dry; it is reactive to the change in atmospheric humidity. The formulas below are chosen specifically to stabilise that transition and give the skin a more consistent internal reference point.
— Your Gressa Concierge| Formula | Why It's Here | Application Note | Sequence |
|---|---|---|---|
| Salt of the Earth Essence Toner / First layer |
Resets the pH and begins hydration delivery before any oil. Mineral salts support barrier integrity from the first step. | Press into skin — do not wipe. Allow 30 seconds. | AM · PM Step 1 |
| Eye Elixir Eye treatment |
The featherweight texture won't pull at the orbital zone. Peptide-active; addresses the fine-line concern you noted at the outer corners. | Tap gently with ring finger. Never drag. | AM · PM Step 2 |
| Nourish Face Oil — Light Treatment oil |
Broccoli seed and rosehip base — your skin's lipid profile will recognise both. Delivers fatty acid replenishment without congestion in the T-zone. | 3 drops. Press, don't rub. Layer under or over cream. | AM · PM Step 3 |
| Cream I Face cream |
The occlusive seal the barrier needs during this seasonal window. Locks in the oil layer and provides a smooth base for The Minimalist. | Pea-sized amount. Warm between palms first. | AM only Step 4 |
| The Minimalist Foundation Shade: Dune 03-N |
Neutral-leaning, matched to your current undertone. The serum base will work with the oil beneath rather than sitting on top of it. | Fingertip application. Build only where needed. | AM Final step |
| Hammam Cleansing Bar Evening cleanser |
Removes the day without stripping. The black seed and clay content will suit your T-zone tendency without desiccating the drier perimeter. | Lather on damp skin. Rinse thoroughly. Pat dry. | PM only First step |
- Salt of the Earth Essence — press and set
- Eye Elixir — tap orbital zone
- Nourish Face Oil — 3 drops, press in
- Cream I — seal and smooth
- The Minimalist — fingertip, build lightly
- Hammam — lather, rinse, pat dry
- Salt of the Earth Essence — press into damp skin
- Eye Elixir — tap orbital zone
- Nourish Face Oil — 4–5 drops, allow to absorb
- No cream needed — let the oil work overnight
Present in the Nourish Oil — specifically chosen for your uneven tone concern. Vitamin A precursors support cell turnover without the irritation of retinol.
The Gressa signature carrier. Its fatty acid profile closely mirrors your skin's own sebum, which is why it absorbs without heaviness in combination zones.
The pH-resetting first step. Magnesium and trace mineral content supports the barrier membrane — particularly useful in the spring transition period.
Lake-free, FD&C-free. The iron oxides and titanium dioxide in Dune 03-N will not oxidise on your skin the way synthetic dyes do — which addresses the "going orange" pattern you described.
Adjustment
As indoor heating reduces and atmospheric humidity begins recovering, you may find that Cream I becomes optional in the morning — the oil layer alone may be sufficient by late spring. Watch for the skin becoming more cooperative rather than reactive as you move into April and May. If that happens, reduce the cream to evenings only and allow the oil to be your primary seal during the day. Revisit in June.

— The Gressa Concierge
The Minimalist · Complexion as craft
All Gressa consultations are conducted by members of our Concierge team — people who work closely with the formulations and have deep knowledge of the Gressa system. You will not be speaking to a general customer service representative. These are product-literate, skin-literate conversations.
None whatsoever. The consultation and the Beauty Planner are offered with our compliments. The value is in the knowledge and the document — not in creating a purchase obligation. We recommend only what is genuinely relevant to you.
Your Beauty Planner is a personalized document prepared for you following your consultation. It includes your specific formula recommendations, ritual sequencing, layering guidance, seasonal notes, and ingredient considerations relevant to your skin. It is delivered within 24 hours of your appointment and designed to be referenced over time — not discarded after a single use.
For a skincare consultation, we recommend attending with clean skin if possible — or at least having a good sense of how your skin behaves in the morning before product application. For a makeup consultation, it helps to have a reference image of a finish or look you admire. Neither is required. The conversation will uncover what we need to know.
Yes. The skincare and makeup consultations are designed to be complementary — the skincare ritual addresses the foundation of your skin health, while the makeup consultation builds on top of that. Many clients find that booking both, even in sequence, provides a complete picture of their personal Gressa system.
Especially so. The Concierge service exists in part to introduce the Gressa system thoughtfully — rather than leaving a new client to navigate 42 SKUs without context. If you are new, the consultation will orient you to the architecture of the line and identify the two or three formulas that are most relevant to where you are right now.
