Gressa began in 2009 with founder and formulator Svetlana Henao-Zakharevich’s fascination with plants, cosmetic chemistry, and living skin. From the beginning, formulation has been the heart of the house.

Botanical skincare came first. Mineral color followed, carrying the same attention to skin into makeup. The Minimalist brought that work into focus: botanical oils and mineral pigments in a concentrated, silicone-free serum foundation.

Today, Gressa remains an independent American cosmetic house. Our formulas are developed and made in-house in Colorado, where the study of materials, texture, and performance continues to shape the collection.
