SKIN

Treat

Focused preparations for resurfacing, refinement and moments when the skin benefits from a more deliberate intervention.

Treatment, not excess

Resurfacing should improve the way the skin looks and feels without turning intensity into a virtue of its own. Gressa treatments are best used with attention to frequency, season and the skin’s response.

The Gressa Method

Renewal with restraint

The strongest treatment is not necessarily the one used most often. Masks, polishes and exfoliating preparations belong in a ritual when they answer a clear need — then step aside while the skin returns to equilibrium.

The Ritual

Questions, considered.

Less often than many routines suggest. Exfoliation should leave the skin clearer and more refined, never tender or overworked. Begin conservatively and increase only when the skin responds with ease.
Yes, but not simply because they are available. Space active treatments apart and pay attention to cumulative intensity. When the skin is reactive, dry or recently treated, restraint is the more sophisticated choice.
Use them after cleansing and before your leave-on serums, oils or creams. A mask is a temporary treatment step; once removed, continue with the rest of the ritual according to what the skin needs.
Not automatically. Sensitivity is often a sign to simplify. If the skin feels hot, fragile or compromised, prioritize cleansing, hydration and barrier-supportive care before introducing resurfacing.
