Delivery times for international orders are subject to customs clearance. Rates apply to all eligible international locations except restricted countries. Duties and taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order Processing
- Processing time. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Processing time does not include weekends. Orders placed during promotions and holidays may take 3–4 business days to process.
- Weekend orders. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed the following Monday.
- Priority shipping. Priority orders received by 10:00 AM EST are processed the same day.
- Business days. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
