All sales are final.

Gressa products are made in small batches in our own Colorado laboratory, from botanical materials we source and press with care. Because everything we make is fresh, dated, and artisanal, we do not accept returns — an opened bottle cannot be resold, and we would never reseal one.

The Gressa Match Guarantee

Shade is the one thing we refuse to let you risk. If your foundation or concealer shade isn't right, keep the bottle — we'll send your correct shade at no cost. No return label, no shipping it back. Write to hello@gressaskin.com within 60 days of delivery, tell us how the shade wears on you, and we'll match you properly. One exchange per order.

Prefer to be matched before you buy? Our Shade Match form and the Sample Kit exist for exactly that.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or an incorrect item was shipped, write to us within 15 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we'll make it right immediately.
