Due to the exceptional nature of our materials and the meticulous craftsmanship involved, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the rare event that a product is damaged during transit or an incorrect item was shipped.  

Foundation & Concealer Exchanges:

If you are not satisfied with your foundation or concealer, we are happy to assist you with a personalized color match. Please reach out to us at concierge@gressaskin.com within 15 days of receiving your product, and we will facilitate a return or exchange to ensure the perfect shade for you.
