Skincare & Ritual

How to place each preparation in your day, how long to wait for results, and how to listen when your skin answers back.

  • What is the correct order to use my skincare products? +

    As a rule, move from lightest to richest textures. For most rituals, we suggest: Cleanser → Essence or Toner → Serums → Eye Treatment → Cream or Oil → SPF in the morning.

    Each product page will note where that formula belongs in the sequence.

  • How long will it take before I see results? +

    Subtle changes—softness, comfort, a more “settled” complexion—may be felt within days. Deeper improvements in tone and resilience usually reveal themselves after one full skin cycle, about 4–6 weeks of consistent use.

  • Is this product suitable for sensitive or reactive skin? +

    Many of our formulas are created with fragile skin in mind, but sensitivity is highly individual. We recommend patch testing on a small area for several days before full use, and introducing one new product at a time so your skin can clearly “tell you” how it feels.

  • Can I use this while pregnant or breastfeeding? +

    We do not offer medical advice. We always recommend sharing the full ingredient list (INCI) with your healthcare provider before introducing any new skincare while pregnant or breastfeeding, and following their guidance above all.

  • Can I combine this with other brands or active treatments? +

    Yes. Our products are designed to sit comfortably within an existing ritual. When layering stronger actives (retinoids, acids, prescription treatments), introduce them slowly and always listen to your skin—comfort and barrier health come first.

Ingredients & Formulations

What lives inside each bottle, how we think about naturals and synthetics, and how to care for your preparations.

  • Are your products natural? Do you use synthetics? +

    We work primarily with botanicals and skin-compatible ingredients, and we occasionally incorporate carefully chosen modern actives when they truly serve the formula.

    Each product page lists the full INCI so you can see exactly what is—and isn’t—inside.

  • Do you use fragrance or essential oils? +

    Some formulas are perfumed only by their raw ingredients; others contain discrete levels of essential oils or natural aromatic compounds.

    If you are sensitive to scent, please review the INCI list and begin with a patch test, especially around the eyes.

  • Are your products vegan and cruelty-free? +

    Our collection includes both vegan formulas and products that contain noble animal-derived ingredients such as honey or beeswax.

    We do not test our products on animals. Each ingredient list is provided so you can choose in accordance with your own ethics and needs.

  • What is the shelf life, and how should I store my products? +

    To preserve freshness, we recommend using our products within 6–12 months of opening, and storing them away from heat, humidity, and direct sunlight.

    Tighten caps after each use; treat each bottle as you would a fine food or fragrance.

  • Where are your products made? +

    Our preparations are developed and filled in small batches in our studio, using ingredients sourced from trusted partners.

    Each product page notes the country of manufacture and may also highlight key origins of the raw materials.

Makeup & Shade Guidance

Choosing a shade that feels like skin, understanding coverage, and letting pigment move with your expression.

  • How do I choose the right shade for my complexion? +

    Begin with your undertone (cool, neutral, or warm) and how deep your skin tone is. Our shade descriptions and swatches are designed to guide you.

    Our team is happy to help with personalized shade recommendations if you send a bare-skin photo in natural light.

  • Can this complexion product be used as both foundation and concealer? +

    Yes, many of our pigments are designed to be sheered out for an all-over veil or built up where more coverage is desired.

    Apply a thin layer over the face, then add a touch more only where needed—around the nose, under the eyes, over blemishes.

  • Will your makeup clog my pores? +

    Our complexion formulas are created to feel breathable on the skin, using pigments and bases chosen for their affinity with the complexion.

    However, everyone’s skin is unique. If you are very prone to congestion, cleanse thoroughly each evening and monitor how your skin responds.

  • Can I mix your makeup with skincare? +

    Absolutely. For a sheerer, dewier finish, many clients mix a drop of serum or face oil into their pigment in the palm of the hand before application.

    Always test combinations on a small area first to ensure the texture and wear feel right on your skin.

  • Are your shades suitable for mature skin? +

    Our color range is formulated to flatter real, lived-in skin rather than airbrushed perfection. The textures are designed to move with expression rather than sit on top of it.

    The tones are chosen to enhance natural warmth and depth rather than mask it.

Orders, Shipping & Returns

From our studio to your doorstep: shipping, tracking, and what to do if something does not arrive as expected.

  • Where do you ship, and how long will it take? +

    We currently ship from our studio to selected countries. Shipping options and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on your address.

    Once your order has left us, you will receive a tracking link to follow its journey to you.

  • How much is shipping? +

    Shipping fees are calculated at checkout according to destination, service level, and any current shipping promotions.

    From time to time, we offer complimentary shipping above a certain order value; when active, this will be clearly indicated on the site.

  • How can I track my order? +

    As soon as your parcel leaves our studio, we send a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this link to follow the parcel in real time.

    If the link appears inactive, please allow a few hours for the carrier to update their system.

  • My parcel says “delivered,” but I can’t find it. What should I do? +

    First, check around your property and with neighbours or building staff; carriers sometimes leave parcels in a safe place.

    If it does not appear within 24 hours of being marked delivered, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

  • What is your return or exchange policy? +

    Because our preparations are intimate, skincare-based items, we can only accept returns on unopened, unused products within a defined window from delivery, with original packaging intact.

    If something arrives damaged or not as expected, please contact us; we will always try to make it right.

Category V

Gifting, Notes & Samples

On wrapping, messages, and the small extras that sometimes travel with your order.

  • Do you offer gift wrapping? +

    Yes. At checkout you may select our gift presentation, which includes considered wrapping in our house style. We do not include prices on orders marked as gifts, so the recipient receives only the parcel and your message.

  • Can I include a personal note with my order? +

    You may add a short message at checkout. We will handwrite or carefully print it on our stationery and place it inside the parcel, so your gift arrives with your words already waiting.

  • Do you include samples with orders? +

    Whenever possible, we tuck in samples that we feel complement your selections or allow you to discover another facet of the collection.

    Samples are subject to availability and may vary with each order.

  • Can I send one order to multiple recipients? +

    Each order may be shipped to one address. If you are assembling gifts for several recipients, please place separate orders so each parcel can travel directly to its intended home.

  • How can I receive help choosing the right products? +

    We offer personalised guidance via our Skin Concierge and customer care team. Share a little about your skin, your climate, and your preferences, and we will suggest a considered ritual rather than a crowded shelf.

  • Are your recommendations the same as a medical prescription? +

    No. Our role is to suggest products and rituals rooted in care, not to diagnose or treat medical conditions.

    For any concerns involving pain, persistent inflammation, or diagnosed skin disease, please consult a dermatologist or qualified healthcare professional.
