Chay is the final note of the Art of Bathing ritual: a cup of serenity designed to harmonize body and spirit. This herbal infusion gathers schisandra berries, hibiscus, rosehips, chamomile, nettle, and ashwagandha — botanicals long revered for their ability to calm, restore, and enliven.

The result is a tisane both grounding and elevating, floral with a trace of spice, offering presence and balance with every sip.

Formulation

Schisandra fruit supports vitality, hibiscus and rosehips bring brightness, chamomile and lemon balm soothe, nettle strengthens, and ashwagandha calms the nervous system. Damiana and jasmine lend subtle aromatic intrigue, while rose petals crown the blend with quiet beauty.

The Ritual
