Begin with the condition of your skin rather than the number of steps in your routine. A thoughtful ritual usually starts with cleansing, followed by hydration or essence, then one concentrated treatment and a final moisturizing layer if needed. Gressa formulas are intentionally concentrated, so a few well-chosen preparations are often more effective than an elaborate routine.

Yes. The ritual can be adapted to both. Morning care is generally lighter and protective in spirit; evening is the natural place for richer oils, restorative preparations and more intensive treatments. Let texture, climate and the condition of your skin determine how much you use.

Work from the lightest preparation to the richest. After cleansing, apply mists or essence, then concentrated serums or oils, followed by cream when additional comfort or sealing is needed. Allow each layer to settle into the skin rather than rushing to build product on top of product.

No. Gressa is designed to be edited. Choose the formulas that answer what your skin needs now, and allow the ritual to change with season, environment and condition. A complete ritual is not necessarily a long one.
