In her family, knowledge of plants and their healing properties was passed down alongside the scientific discipline of diagnostics and care. Her formative years were filled with both art and science—studying music, dance, and visual arts with the same dedication she brought to biology and chemistry. During her university studies, Svetlana began creating preparations that honored both worlds. What started as experiments—batches of oils, tinctures, and balms—soon became the foundation for a brand. In 2009, she launched Gressa with a single vision: to create skincare and cosmetics that respect the skin’s natural rhythms, marry botanical potency with scientific refinement, and honor the time it takes for true transformation.
