Every order is prepared by hand in our Colorado atelier. Below, our current shipping options, timing, and everything to know before your order is on its way.

Complimentary shipping applies to orders of $200 and up within the 48 contiguous states. Real-time carrier rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Processing time is not included in delivery estimates.

Delivery times for international orders are subject to customs clearance. Rates apply to all eligible international locations except restricted countries. Duties and taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Complimentary shipping on U.S. orders of $200 and up. Complimentary express worldwide on orders of $300 and up.

Order Processing

Processing time. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Processing time does not include weekends. Orders placed during promotions and holidays may take 3–4 business days to process.
Weekend orders. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed the following Monday.
Priority shipping. Priority orders received by 10:00 AM EST are processed the same day.
Business days. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
