Return and Exchange Policy
All products must be returned in unused, unopened condition in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to get return/exchange authorization from our customer care team. Once that’s done, please, follow mailing instructions. We will not process any returns without this step.
Please note that the following items are Final Sale: all Brushes, all Sample Kits all items purchased during sales/specials/gifts with purchase.
Gressa Skin reserves the right to deny any return that does not comply with the conditions stated previously.
We are happy to exchange Minimalist Corrective Serum Foundation if you are not satisfied with the color selected within 14 days of the date your order was placed. Exchanges may be made once per order only. If you need assistance finding your perfect match, e-mail us at email@example.com for a personal color match with the following information:
- Send us a quick photo of yourself in natural lighting with no makeup. Include face and neck in photo. No filters please!
- Let us know a shade that suits you well in any other brand of foundation.
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment.
- If you ordered by credit card, we'll credit your account within 14 business days. This will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle.
- If you paid with an electronic gift card we'll email you a new electronic gift card.
- Shipping Charges: Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges.
- Please note that return shipping costs are not covered, and we do not provide shipping labels for returns.
- Refunds will not be issued until the returned packages are physically in our warehouse.
- Credits, Refunds and Replacements/Exchanges are only available for purchases made directly through gressaskin.com.
Gift Cards can not be returned.
Orders returned directly to gressaskin.com will receive a refund for the merchandise but not shipping, duties, taxes or tariffs.
